It’s works on glass for Asahi.  I’ll update the post after opening night with the images of Beci and Jonathan’s work, but hopefully you can make it along.  The address and map are at the gallery link above.

British Council and Chris Searl

May 12th, 2009 § 0

Chris recently shot this amazing image for Glue Society / British Council.  The make up was done by a woman who worked on The Chronicles of Narnia. They’re being used across all forms of social media (God it makes me sick hearing that phrase. I don’t know why), and posters etc etc so keep your eye out for them!

Beci’s TM range is just way too cute.  And really cool.  Unfortunately Betty Jean is at an age where she wants to dress herself in a pink cheong sam and purple shiny imitation docs which a relative gave us.  Beci thought that sounded cool, but it’s really a look you have to see before you can really say it looks good.  It doesn’t.

Julian Wolkenstein has a new site

May 4th, 2009 § 0

Julian has a new site.  Of course it’s at the old address.  Having a URL like http://www.julianwolkenstein.com makes him really easy to find.  It was designed by the super talented Jeff Burch

who was featured in the current issue of Monster Children

which you really should go out and buy.  I read the last issue cover to cover and had to scold myself for having no idea what was going on in the cool person world.  Anyway, if you’re clicking through Julian’s site and notice any annoying bugs, feel free to let us know.

Tru$t Fun! show ending May 9th. There’s still time!

May 4th, 2009 § 0

title-typeThere’s still time to see Jonathan’s Tru$t Fun! show at Monster Children gallery.  It’s on til the 9th of May.  It’s called Glory Holes and I would write more but I can’t access the spiel on the Monster Children site as it seems the Monster Children site has been censored!!!  Welcome to China.  Take my word for it and just go and see it.
