I was going to start the post by saying all photography boffins should see this but that’s a bit limiting. This film is a spiritual journey – God it’s sounding so cliched! – but it really is! I have seen the film and when people ask me what it’s about, I try in my weak way to explain that it’s a documentary about how art is made. I’ve never seen a great connection to art and to the environment as I did in this film. It really affected me. It makes other photographic art look really pissweak and gutless.
